Director of Nursing Jobs Lawrence, KS Job Requirments
At this time, we are seeking a Director of Nursing to assist in the effective overall management of the Nursing Department and coordination with other disciplines to provide quality care to all residents. This position will supervise approximately 150 employees.
Director of Nursing Jobs Lawrence, KS Job Qualifications
•Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN degree highly desired.
•Three years experience in Geriatric Nursing, including management responsibilities
•Familiarity with State and Federal Regulations
• Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice that includes a basic knowledge in Geriatric Nursing
•Licensure
◦A valid Kansas Nursing license in good standing
◦Current CPR Certificate
◦Additional certificate in nursing specialty of Geriatrics is desirable
